Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of professional experience in a quantitative role (trading, research, or development).
• Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ development.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and algorithmic trading mechanics.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude suitable for a fast-paced environment.
