What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement technical SEO fixes.
• Develop and manage a high-quality backlink outreach strategy.
• Create SEO briefs for new blog posts and service pages.
• Optimize existing content and metadata to improve rankings.
• Track organic performance and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with developers and writers to implement SEO improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Deep knowledge of Google (US market) and Bing ranking algorithms.
• English: B2–C1 level (especially written) and fluency in Russian.
• Proven experience with link-building and backlink outreach.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of internal linking and site architecture.
