What you will do
- Conduct research on safety evaluation methods for frontier models, agent harnesses, and multi-modal systems.
- Investigate risk assessment and attack/defense methods while developing technical benchmarks.
- Participate in technical discussions and joint research with public institutions and major enterprises.
- Plan and execute R&D projects and prepare detailed technical evaluation reports.
- Propose strategies for integrating research findings into the core product portfolio.
Requirements
- 2+ years of research and development experience in generative AI.
- Ability to analyze technical trends from arXiv and conference publications.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, VLMs, and the broader AI ecosystem.
- Fluency in either English or Japanese is required.
Nice to have
- Publications at major conferences such as CVPR, ICML, or NeurIPS.
- Experience delivering technical reports to clients in contract R&D projects.
- Experience building and operating AI agents.
