What you will do

• Conduct research on safety evaluation methods for frontier models, agent harnesses, and multi-modal systems.
• Investigate risk assessment and attack/defense methods while developing technical benchmarks.
• Participate in technical discussions and joint research with public institutions and major enterprises.
• Plan and execute R&D projects and prepare detailed technical evaluation reports.
• Propose strategies for integrating research findings into the core product portfolio.

Requirements

• 2+ years of research and development experience in generative AI.
• Ability to analyze technical trends from arXiv and conference publications.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, VLMs, and the broader AI ecosystem.
• Fluency in either English or Japanese is required.

Nice to have

• Publications at major conferences such as CVPR, ICML, or NeurIPS.
• Experience delivering technical reports to clients in contract R&D projects.
• Experience building and operating AI agents.
