What you will do

• Develop and optimize scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Take end-to-end ownership of large, complex projects from initial planning to deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Balance hands-on development with providing architectural feedback and code reviews.
• Help scale the engineering team and improve system processes.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a backend engineer building scalable systems.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to high-quality code delivery.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing thoughtful architectural guidance.
• Location: Must be based in Argentina.
