What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical and operational liaison between the company and merchant partners.
- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding, including documentation, testing, and activation.
- Oversee data-enablement workflows to ensure alignment with risk and underwriting standards.
- Lead negotiations regarding technical requirements and data integration needs with merchants.
- Coordinate cross-functional product rollouts and support Go-To-Market plans.
- Identify operational gaps and improve internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 2β4 years of experience in Partner Success, Fintech Operations, Payments, or E-commerce integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, payment flows, and e-commerce plugins.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing complex negotiations with enterprise-level merchants.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to build scalable processes.
- Ability to interpret data patterns to identify and resolve integration issues.
Nice to have
- Background in BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), payment gateways, or PSP environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise merchant implementations.
