What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical and operational liaison between the company and merchant partners.
• Manage end-to-end technical onboarding, including documentation, testing, and activation.
• Oversee data-enablement workflows to ensure alignment with risk and underwriting standards.
• Lead negotiations regarding technical requirements and data integration needs with merchants.
• Coordinate cross-functional product rollouts and support Go-To-Market plans.
• Identify operational gaps and improve internal documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Partner Success, Fintech Operations, Payments, or E-commerce integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, payment flows, and e-commerce plugins.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing complex negotiations with enterprise-level merchants.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to build scalable processes.
• Ability to interpret data patterns to identify and resolve integration issues.

Nice to have

• Background in BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), payment gateways, or PSP environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise merchant implementations.
