Description:
We are seeking a Middle+ Full-Stack Engineer (.NET + React) to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on development with collaborative support for the team. You'll contribute to building and maintaining solutions, assist with technical coordination, and help maintain engineering quality under the guidance of the lead.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain features using .NET 4.6 (MVC, API) and React
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with support for performance optimization
Collaborate on refactoring and improving existing codebase

Team Support Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on tasks and best practices
Participate in code reviews and share knowledge
Help clarify technical requirements and unblock daily tasks
Contribute to architectural discussions and process improvements

Additional Responsibilities:
Work with product managers, designers, and QA
Update technical documentation
Participate in Agile processes (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Requirements:
3+ years with C# / .NET Framework 4.6, MVC, and API development
Solid experience with React (hooks, components, state management)
Good knowledge of SQL Server (queries, optimization)
Experience with monolithic apps and basic modernization
Understanding of asynchronous patterns and scalable code design
Comfortable mentoring or pairing with other developers

Nice to Have:
Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Redux, Zustand, or RTK Query
Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
Azure cloud services

Conditions:

Occasional calls with the US team
