is a rapidly growing mobile game development studio behind the global life simulator OneState, currently scaling its operations and presence in the Almaty tech hub.
What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategy for ’s presence in the local tech and game development community.
- Launch and manage market-facing initiatives including meetups, collaborations, and industry partnerships.
- Build connections with universities, local tech initiatives, and key ecosystem players.
- Partner with internal teams to communicate product and technical approaches effectively to the public.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment to increase company visibility and trust among top talent.
- Systematize community activities to create long-term brand relationships rather than fragmented efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevRel, community management, or tech brand development.
- Strong background in development or GameDev with a clear interest in community building.
- Deep understanding of technical environments and how developer ecosystems operate.
- Experience launching projects from scratch and driving them to measurable results.
- Ability to network effectively and represent the company within the professional ecosystem.
- Location: Ability to work from the Almaty office (Hybrid or Onsite).
