hirify.global is a game development studio creating OneState, a large-scale mobile Social RolePlay game with a global audience, while preparing new products.

What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global’s presence in the Almaty technology and game development community.
• Launch and develop meetups, collaborations, partnerships, and other market-facing initiatives.
• Work with universities, local initiatives, and key participants in the professional ecosystem.
• Help teams communicate about products, technologies, and approaches in an engaging and credible way.
• Turn fragmented activities into a consistent, systematic market engagement function.
• Partner with recruitment to improve access to top talent through visibility and trust.

Requirements

• Experience in DevRel, community building, technology branding, or a similar role; a development or GameDev background with an interest in community work is also relevant.
• Understanding of developer and technical environments.
• Experience launching initiatives from scratch and delivering tangible results.
• Ability to build relationships and develop a strong professional network around the company.
• Ability to work autonomously, systematize processes, and operate without predefined solutions.
• Native Russian language and genuine interest in game development.

Hiring process

• Application review followed by an HR interview.
• One or more technical interviews and, in some cases, a test assignment.
