As an Unreal Engine Developer, you will work on the core of a native plugin, ensuring seamless integration with UE5 and delivering high-quality developer experience for creators.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain native C++ plugin for Unreal Engine 5
• Ensure stability across different UE5.x versions
• Translate AI capabilities into intuitive UI and Editor tools
• Profile and optimize performance to ensure smooth editor experience
• Collaborate on product roadmap and evaluate new UE5 features
• Contribute to improving developer workflows and tooling

📚 Required Skills
• 2–4 years of experience with Unreal Engine focused on C++
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine fundamentals and editor scripting
• Solid C++ skills including memory management and multithreading
• Tooling mindset with interest in building developer tools
• Ability to work remotely with autonomy and team collaboration
• English at B2/C1 level
• Polish language proficiency

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with Slate or UMG for custom Editor UI
• Knowledge of Python, web technologies, or Docker
• Familiarity with AI or LLM integration patterns
