What you will do

• Deliver up-to-date training programs, including Axis Academy courses, customized sessions, webinars, and trade show demos.
• Initiate, coordinate, and host webinars on Axis products and solutions tailored to regional audiences.
• Collaborate with the Global Training team to enhance Axis’ training portfolio, providing feedback and contributing to the development and localization of training materials.
• Manage classroom training facilities or identify suitable external venues for in-person sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for training-related matters within the region.
• Provide technical marketing support to reinforce Axis’ position as a knowledge leader in IP surveillance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years in a training or instructional role.
• Strong proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to conduct both business and technical communication.
• Solid understanding of IP networks, camera technologies, image quality, and traditional surveillance systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging and motivating diverse audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.
