What you will do

• Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers while managing hiring and professional development.
• Enable the team to deliver code effectively within a high-trust, continuous delivery environment.
• Lead by example through code reviews, technical advice, and occasionally hands-on coding and debugging.
• Evaluate and improve technical infrastructure and architecture while staying current with industry trends.
• Bridge the gap between engineering and stakeholders through demos, retros, and transparent communication.
• Navigate organizational changes and implement new processes to drive team efficiency and growth.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a Senior or Staff Software Development role.
• Strong background in technical leadership, including architecting solutions and managing delivery.
• Significant experience working on major systems and complex SaaS products.
• Ability to adapt to organizational changes and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
