What you will do
- Develop and maintain core backend infrastructure serving game worlds.
- Architect systems that connect games, marketplaces, and user-generated content platforms.
- Enable seamless interoperability across game technology systems.
- Collaborate with game designers and software engineers to support game and player needs.
- Improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on distributed systems or backend development.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems principles and algorithms.
- Production-grade Go development experience.
- Experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for games and game technology.
Nice to have
- Experience developing game technology infrastructure or game engines.
- Rust proficiency.
- Engineering team leadership experience.
- Blockchain core protocol engineering experience.
- Experience with Cosmos SDK.
