Location: Flexible work environment - hirify.global is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in 20 countries. For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.

Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 USD. The typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is $165,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do

• Become a hirify.global subject matter expert.
• Create product and marketing collateral such as blog posts, benchmarks, guides, demos, webpages, and deliver conference and meetup presentations.
• Help define and drive our content strategy and roadmap.
• Translate technical features and nuance into clear and concise value propositions that address customer needs and pain points.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or product marketing engineering experience.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling engineering content.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Deep understanding of databases, particularly OLAP.
• Fluency in SQL.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or a related technical field.
