TL;DR

Location: Must be willing to work in office five days per week

Salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00/per year

What you will do

  • Drive and optimize global paid media campaigns based on CAC and LTV across various digital marketing channels.
  • Manage audience targeting, keyword research, competitive analysis, messaging, creative development, and reporting.
  • Drive creative asset ideation and optimization with internal and external teams.
  • Develop experimentation roadmap to improve performance and uncover new opportunities through A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance against business goals and provide recommendations to drive incremental growth.
  • Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations to adjust campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance media, paid social, paid display, and paid search in e-commerce or verticals with performance/direct response objectives.
  • Must be willing to work in office five days per week.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends, as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of paid media and strong knowledge of the media industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization, and strategic planning preferably for paid search and display channels.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
