What you will do

• Translate content accurately from the source language into the target language while maintaining meaning and quality.
• Preserve the original tone of voice and style to engage and resonate with hirify.global customers.
• Adapt translations to the local market, culture, and target audience.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure consistent terminology and language use across the website through thorough quality checks.
• Manage time effectively, meeting deadlines under pressure, and leveraging AI tools and technology to continuously improve translation quality.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with text editing and proofreading.
• Excellent Polish skills (native level).
• Very good command of English.
• Sound knowledge of linguistic and stylistic correctness.
• An open-minded attitude and eagerness to work in an international team.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
