What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for G&A and User Operations roles, including scoping, sourcing, and closing.
- Partner with senior leadership to define strategic hiring plans and translate business goals into actionable talent strategies.
- Execute proactive, data-informed sourcing to attract high-caliber candidates across diverse and competitive markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers to ensure alignment, maintain high hiring standards, and challenge conventional assumptions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects company values at every stage of the process.
- Collaborate with Legal, People, and Compensation teams to navigate complex global hiring environments and ensure process compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at high-growth or high-bar organizations.
- Proven expertise in hiring for G&A or User Operations functions such as Finance, Legal, or People operations.
- Strong strategic partnership skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing ambiguity.
- Execution-oriented mindset capable of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously.
- Advanced communication skills with experience operating across different cultures and regions.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, using market intelligence to guide decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
