Partnership Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing long-term relationships with key partners and clients in the verification and compliance space with an accent on technical, business, and product guidance. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, facilitating new feature adoption, and acting as a central liaison between external partners and internal product and engineering teams.

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with key partners and clients across technical and business dimensions.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and potential challenges within partner accounts.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular check-ins.
  • Drive the adoption of new platform features and manage product releases for clients.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Provide actionable client feedback to internal product and legal teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Background in crypto, fintech, or payments industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of KYC compliance processes.
