What you will do
- Design and own the frontend architecture of complex web applications.
- Lead React application development using TypeScript.
- Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Review code and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Drive performance, security, and accessibility initiatives while mentoring frontend developers and technical leads.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript, with experience designing large-scale frontend architectures.
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks, RESTful APIs or GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; Turkish is listed as a condition for the role.
