What you will do

• Develop high-quality backend services using NodeJS and frontend applications with ReactJS/NextJS.
• Maintain production stability by resolving critical issues and minimizing system downtime.
• Analyze existing codebase to identify and propose system enhancement opportunities.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Conduct thorough pull request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical change requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of full-time professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Backend (NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL).
• Proven experience in Frontend (ReactJS, NextJS, Styled-components).
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of automation workflows using tools like Selenium or Cypress.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or AWS cloud infrastructure and IaC.
• Background in UI/UX design or TDD/BDD practices.
• Experience with web templating languages.
• Strong portfolio of relevant past projects.
