What you will do

• Create and configure new Jira projects according to business requirements.
• Develop automated task management systems based on case stages and decision trees.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, and mail handlers to automate business processes.
• Build and manage Jira dashboards for real-time KPI tracking and case volume monitoring.
• Integrate Jira with third-party services using Power Automate and custom API connections.
• Consult stakeholders on Atlassian best practices and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Strong expertise in process automation using Atlassian Automation plugins and REST API.
• Ability to work with audit logs, complex workflows, smart values, and synchronization.
• Strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client consultation.
• Must be based in Ukraine for this remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with third-party API integrations and data transfer protocols.
