Onboarding Specialist

Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Facilitating the integration and setup of the hirify.global business management platform for new clients with an accent on technical configuration and training. Focus on performing data migrations using Excel, implementing HTML/CSS script injections, and providing comprehensive user consultations.

Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia (Onsite)

What you will do

• Conduct interactive training and configuration sessions for new clients via video conferencing tools.
• Configure software modules within the platform to match specific business needs.
• Manage data preparation and migration using advanced Excel functions.
• Execute simple HTML and CSS script injections to customize the client system environment.
• Maintain high-quality communication with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collect and manage client data accurately with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Russian: Fluent (spoken and written) required
• English: B2 level or higher required
• At least 1 year of experience in the IT sector.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to master complex software quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL queries.
• Experience in building or configuring AI solutions.
