Onboarding Specialist

Location: Yerevan, Armenia; office-based role.

hirify.global is an international SaaS company whose platform helps service businesses accept online bookings, automate operations, and grow revenue.

What you will do

• Conduct training sessions and consultations on the hirify.global platform by phone, Google Meet, and Zoom.
• Present and configure hirify.global modules during customer training and consultations.
• Format data in Excel and Google Sheets for uploading into hirify.global.
• Configure modules and collect required data from clients.
• Implement simple HTML script injections in client systems.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the IT field is preferred.
• Fluent Russian and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, responsibility, and proactiveness.
• High computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn a complex IT product.
• Experience with Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tables, as well as HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to communicate frequently with clients and assist them.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building and configuring AI solutions.
