What you will do

• Develop and implement compilation tool suites to optimize fault-tolerant quantum computer architecture.
• Integrate recent architectural improvements into the resource estimator to enhance usability for external users.
• Conduct theoretical studies and practical implementation of quantum compilation strategies.
• Contribute to patent filings, academic publications, and conference presentations.
• Mentor junior team members, interns, and PhD students.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Quantum Information Science.
• Expertise in quantum compilation, quantum error correction, and fault-tolerant quantum algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one compiled language like C++ or Rust.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in graph theory or constraint propagation algorithms.
• Experience with classical compiler backends like LLVM or GCC.
