What you will do

• Lead technical implementation design, guiding institutional clients from pre-sales through go-live.
• Build and refine the developer portal, including documentation, tutorials, and Postman collections.
• Develop automation for smart triage to resolve technical implementation issues efficiently.
• Champion API parity by identifying gaps between UI and API capabilities.
• Monitor API performance and provide data-driven insights to expand client platform usage.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define API standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• 2-5 years of experience in Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Experience roles.
• 1-3 years of experience building, designing, or implementing APIs.
• Strong background in engineering with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and make strategic, informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with API testing or basic scripting.
• Experience contributing to technical documentation or client enablement materials.
• Proven track record of leading complex client solution design sessions.
