What you will do

• Lead cross-functional R&D teams through the full lifecycle of automotive IC development.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of work products.
• Moderate project milestones and report progress to program management.
• Execute change and risk management processes, including participation in the Change Control Board.
• Apply quality assurance practices such as peer reviews and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with specialist departments and monitor adherence to automotive safety standards.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics.
• Long-term experience in ASIC/IC development and technical project management in the automotive domain.
• Deep expertise in high-voltage analog CMOS, BCD technologies, and IC design methodology.
• Solid understanding of ISO 26262, APQP, PPAP, and AEC-Q100 reliability standards.
• Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and EDA tools.
