What you will do
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams through the full lifecycle of automotive IC development.
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of work products.
- Moderate project milestones and report progress to program management.
- Execute change and risk management processes, including participation in the Change Control Board.
- Apply quality assurance practices such as peer reviews and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with specialist departments and monitor adherence to automotive safety standards.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics.
- Long-term experience in ASIC/IC development and technical project management in the automotive domain.
- Deep expertise in high-voltage analog CMOS, BCD technologies, and IC design methodology.
- Solid understanding of ISO 26262, APQP, PPAP, and AEC-Q100 reliability standards.
- Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and EDA tools.

- Experience with functional safety processes and FMEA.
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams across global locations.
