Location: Must be based in Singapore. Role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process to ensure seamless service delivery and high retention.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in client billings, statutory filings, and adherence to company policies.
- Execute client processing workflows with precision, aiming for a three-day turnaround time.
- Apply deep knowledge of ACRA regulations and AML/CFT policies to ensure absolute compliance.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline manual tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Corporate Secretary, and Sales to support client needs.
Requirements
- Recognised degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience in client-facing roles handling sensitive information and complex matters.
- Must be located in Singapore for hybrid office attendance.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and productivity software.
- Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance (ACRA, AML/CFT) is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist entrepreneurs.
