Solution Architect (Fintech): Leading end-to-end technical implementations of the Deploy insurance rating platform with an accent on bridging the gap between actuarial needs and IT production environments. Focus on orchestrating complex system integrations, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful delivery from pre-sales to go-live.

Location: Hybrid in Madrid or Paris, or remote for candidates based in Spain or France (with ~20% travel required).

What you will do

• Lead technical deployments of the Deploy product by coordinating with client IT, system integrators, and internal teams.
• Act as the primary delivery contact, managing integration milestones and communicating transparently with stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Data Science teams during pre-sales to conduct technical discovery and present integration architectures.
• Create project documentation, including Statements of Work (SoW) and technical annexes.
• Bridge the communication gap between actuarial teams and technical stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment playbooks, reusable tools, and internal delivery processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, implementation management, or customer success roles.
• Strong knowledge of insurance workflows, specifically Policy Admin Systems, Rating, and insurance products.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise IT integrations and familiarization with SaaS delivery models.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, JSON, and System Design principles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple project priorities in a client-facing environment.

• Fluency in French (written and spoken).
