• Take end-to-end ownership of the strategy lifecycle, from initial research to production deployment.
• Contribute to and gain expertise in market-making strategies within a high-performance environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience within a trading firm, hedge fund, or prop shop.
• Strong understanding of low-latency systems and performance optimization techniques.
• Proven ability or strong interest in developing and running systematic trading strategies.
• Solid grasp of market microstructure and core components of modern trading systems.
• Strong interest in learning and contributing to market-making operations.
