What you will do

• Develop advertising creatives, including videos and animations for mobile games.
• Animate 2D graphics, UI elements, characters, and visual effects.
• Actively integrate AI tools like Kling, Veo, Gemini, and Suno into the production process.
• Participate in the ideation and A/B testing of marketing creative concepts.
• Optimize and automate creative production pipelines to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects or equivalent industry-standard software.
• Proven track record in 2D animation and mobile advertising creatives.
• Practical experience using AI tools in a commercial production environment.
• Deep understanding of composition, timing, rhythm, and what drives high-performing ads.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
