What you will do

• Architect and deploy cloud-native infrastructure for GEOINT and imagery-processing pipelines on Azure/AWS.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to automate environment provisioning.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for geospatial microservices and imagery analytics.
• Manage Docker/Kubernetes workloads for distributed processing and GPU-intensive geospatial tasks.
• Collaborate with GEOINT engineers and data scientists to ensure mission capability and platform reliability.
• Design secure network architectures including VNet/VPC, firewalls, and service-to-service encryption.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Arab Emirates
• 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong Python skills for automation and operational tooling.
• Deep expertise in Azure/AWS networking, security, and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes orchestration and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Experience with geospatial workflows or GIS platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps methodologies such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Background in defense or secure operational enclaves.
• Knowledge of STAC/OGC standards and EO imagery tiling/mosaicking workflows.
• Experience with cloud EO platforms like Google Earth Engine or SentinelHub.
