What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of compositors to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement efficient workflow and pipeline strategies for the team.
• Manage administrative duties including monitoring shot progress and resource usage in collaboration with production management.
• Deliver photo-real visual effects work while handling hands-on workstation operations.
• Coordinate with the VFX Supervisor to implement creative and technical vision.
• Balance multiple shots simultaneously to ensure all show deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Compositing Supervisor.
• Expert knowledge of Nuke and 3D software packages.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-end visual effects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong artistic skills with a deep understanding of tracking, rotoscoping, mattes, and color correction.
• Must be available to relocate to Australia if applying from abroad.
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
