Salary: $128,000 to $150,000 CAD

What you will do

• Create, prioritize, assign, and follow up on tasks for the team.
• Represent the team and organize/lead team meetings.
• Draft reports on the team’s progress and recommend corrective measures.
• Mentor team members in technical/artistic aspects.
• Coordinate bug correction related to the team’s work.
• Help recruit and integrate new team members.

Requirements

• Diploma in their field of expertise for video games or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience on their working unit or other relevant experience.
• Participation in at least one complete game production or equivalent.
• Ability to work as part of a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the technical constraints of real time, 3D engines and level editors.
• Must be able to work onsite in Toronto or Montreal, Canada.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management.
• Database knowledge (JIRA, Perforce, etc.).
• Project management knowledge.
• Knowledge of the other game production working units.
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite.
