What you will do

• Manage logistics and checklists for engineering events, learning sessions, and hackathons.
• Maintain and audit engineering new hire hubs, onboarding workbooks, and resource timelines.
• Update internal SharePoint content, ensuring decks, recordings, and links are accurate and accessible.
• Draft and distribute internal communications via templates while managing send logs.
• Support recognition programs by tracking participants and reconciling data with program owners.
• Create and update assets for internal videos and recognition announcements.

Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, English, or a related field.
• Must be available for a full-time, 40-hour per week onsite internship in Santa Clara, CA.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and announcements.
• Basic familiarity with presentation tools and simple video editing.
