What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new demand from marketing-led initiatives and outbound efforts for strategic accounts.
  • Identify and engage key personas within buying groups to validate potential opportunities.
  • Manage daily outreach workflows, including calls, emails, and social selling, via Salesforce.
  • Nurture prospect groups using multi-touch tactics to foster meaningful interactions and interest.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to align on strategy and target key players.
  • Maintain accurate account data and activity logs within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of English and German required
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar sales or SDR role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of business research tools like LinkedIn, Google, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently as a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Technical understanding of storage, cloud backup, and IT industry landscape is preferred

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in high-tech sales or revenue development
  • Technical background in data protection and cloud software
