What you will do

• Lead a distributed team as a playing coach, driving delivery and high system availability.
• Improve uptime metrics (MTBF, MTTR) by implementing symptom-based monitoring and modern SRE practices.
• Design and maintain infrastructure capable of supporting millions of concurrent users.
• Educate engineers on efficient and reliable delivery pipelines.
• Balance immediate product needs with long-term architectural scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with Kubernetes, Python, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Kafka.
• Proven ability to program in high-level languages like Python, Golang, C/C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience building from scratch or leading key architectural decisions in high-load SaaS systems.
• Strong track record of resolving complex production bottlenecks and incidents.
• Critical thinking and a system-level mindset focused on root cause analysis.
