What you will do
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives to support the company-wide Value Creation Plan.
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to define KPIs and ensure rigorous execution against growth targets.
- Own end-to-end program management from scoping and design through to global scaling.
- Identify and implement agentic AI solutions to enhance internal process efficiency.
- Drive Corporate Development workstreams including due diligence and post-merger integration.
- Serve as a strategic partner for investment prioritization, resource allocation, and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or private equity portfolio operations (3-6 years).
- Strong background in SaaS or high-growth B2B technology companies.
- Direct experience with board reporting and investor-facing environments.
- Ability to travel to Delft, Netherlands, on a bi-weekly basis for in-person collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in harnessing AI tools for business impact.
