TL;DR

Director Of Strategic Programs (SaaS): Driving company-wide value creation initiatives and operational discipline for a scaling global software firm with an accent on financial impact, long-range strategy, and M&A integration. Focus on embedding AI-driven performance, managing board-level KPIs, and translating complex strategic plans into measurable execution roadmaps.

Location: Must be based in or able to travel to Delft, Netherlands, for bi-weekly in-person presence; remote candidates based in Europe will be considered.

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives to support the company-wide Value Creation Plan.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to define KPIs and ensure rigorous execution against growth targets.
  • Own end-to-end program management from scoping and design through to global scaling.
  • Identify and implement agentic AI solutions to enhance internal process efficiency.
  • Drive Corporate Development workstreams including due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for investment prioritization, resource allocation, and trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or private equity portfolio operations (3-6 years).
  • Strong background in SaaS or high-growth B2B technology companies.
  • Direct experience with board reporting and investor-facing environments.
  • Ability to travel to Delft, Netherlands, on a bi-weekly basis for in-person collaboration.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in harnessing AI tools for business impact.
