What you will do

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking progress through all project phases.
• Allocate resources and coordinate tasks across engineering teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Establish quality standards and monitor project performance metrics.
• Manage impediments and dependencies external to the team to ensure blockers are removed.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and decision-making.
• Knowledge of Lean Thinking principles and project management tools like Jira and MS Office.
• English: C1+ required for global team collaboration.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Rijeka or Zagreb.
