UI/UX Designer

What you will do

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create comprehensive design concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, PMs, and BAs.
• Conduct research to analyze and implement global UX best practices.
• Present and defend design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in projects from the initial discovery phase through to final delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with established design systems like Material, Shadcn, or MUI.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation or prototyping tools like After Effects, Principle, or Axure.
• Proven background in fintech or edtech projects.
