Что делать

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize cold outreach channels, including Telegram Ads and content marketing.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI), and iterate on strategies.
  • Identify and engage with niche communities relevant to the product.
  • Collaborate with the founder and technical developer to scale the product.

Требования

  • 2-3+ years of marketing experience (B2B, SaaS, Telegram, lead generation).
  • Proficiency in cold outreach channels: chat seeding, content marketing, Telegram Ads.
  • Strong understanding of metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, unit economics.
  • Ability to test hypotheses and iterate quickly.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of niche communities (freelancers, manicurists, tutors, individual entrepreneurs).
  • Готовность к переезду в Россию

Хорошо, если есть

  • Experience with B2B and SaaS (especially EdTech, MarTech).
  • Experience managing advertising budgets.
  • Knowledge of Telegram API and analytics tools (TGStat, Telemetr).
  • Proven case studies with measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI).

Процесс найма
