Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Skopje, Ohrid, or Bitola

What you will do

• Develop and deploy predictive models for various business use cases.
• Build NLP and GenAI solutions including chatbots, RAG pipelines, and voice bots.
• Create and validate Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
• Scale experimental models into production-ready systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML and data science principles.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Airflow, and MLflow.
• Experience with AWS or on-prem deployments.
• Domain knowledge in Telecommunications.
