What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for secure production platforms, from design to adoption.
• Define the vision for service identity, authentication, and secure communication models.
• Partner with Security and Platform Engineering to standardize mTLS and token-based identity frameworks.
• Establish access control frameworks to reduce privilege sprawl across production environments.
• Embed enforceable guardrails directly into runtime platforms to minimize manual intervention.
• Track metrics related to security adoption, standardization, and configuration coverage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
• Working understanding of authentication/authorization concepts like OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, RBAC, and IAM policies.
• Practical familiarity with secrets management, dynamic credentials, and rotation strategies.
• Experience working closely with security engineering, infrastructure, or platform teams.
• Ability to influence technical direction and stakeholder management in complex environments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring platform effectiveness.
