What you will do
- Contribute to the security implementation across the product development lifecycle and supporting assets.
- Assess and enhance security posture, including vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening.
- Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines through scripting and automation.
- Support compliance activities and technical security assessments in line with standards like IEC 62443 and CIS.
- Bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements by identifying and solving security challenges.
- Provide operational support, including security reviews, consultation, and employee training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering.
- Strong understanding of secure SDLC, application security testing, and remediation.
- Familiarity with Git, containerization, and Linux administration.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Tokyo, Japan.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications such as OSCP, CompTIA, or CCSP.
- Technical expertise in cloud security controls and CSPM.
- Experience with key management, threat modeling, and incident response.
- Proven record in obtaining industry certifications like EU CRA or NIS 2.
