What you will do

• Contribute to the security implementation across the product development lifecycle and supporting assets.
• Assess and enhance security posture, including vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening.
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines through scripting and automation.
• Support compliance activities and technical security assessments in line with standards like IEC 62443 and CIS.
• Bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements by identifying and solving security challenges.
• Provide operational support, including security reviews, consultation, and employee training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering.
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC, application security testing, and remediation.
• Familiarity with Git, containerization, and Linux administration.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications such as OSCP, CompTIA, or CCSP.
• Technical expertise in cloud security controls and CSPM.
• Experience with key management, threat modeling, and incident response.
• Proven record in obtaining industry certifications like EU CRA or NIS 2.
