📰 We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will own and scale the company’s Product, Platform, Data, and AI technology stack, with end-to-end accountability for all customer-facing product engineering, cross-product platforms,
product infrastructure, and ML/AI systems. The role ensures that every digital product and shared capability is production-grade, scalable, and aligned with product strategy, while building a unified, modern technology foundation that supports growth, reliability, and long-term differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the company-wide technology, data, and AI strategy aligned with
product growth, monetization, and scale.
• Lead all customer-facing product engineering and shared platform development,
ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and reliability.
• Own cross-product architecture and core platforms including identity, billing, shared
services, APIs, and experimentation frameworks.
• Establish modern testing, release, and observability standards, moving from ad hoc
practices to production-grade quality and reliability.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and experimentation across web,
mobile, backend, and data platforms.

⚙️ Must have:
-Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior technology
leader in a multi-product, platform-based organization
- Experience delivering AI solutions to users (not just internal efficiency)
- Experience with ML solutions
- Experience with B2C
- Multi-product ecosystem ownership
- Cross platform experience (desktop+web+mobile)
- Experience with C++ Engine, real time audio OR php+ react
- Experience as a CTO (not lead, or head of engineering etc)
- Location timezone closer to CEST, Cyprus
- Fluent English C1 and Russian
