Location: Must be based in Sandy, UT, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days of remote work per week. This is an office based position, we are unable to hire a candidate seeking fully remote work for this position.

What you will do

• Create, edit, and publish compelling content across various channels, including web, blog, email, social media, presentations, and videos.
• Partner with marketing, demand generation, and design teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Develop standout campaign copy highlighting differentiators, market insights, and AI innovation.
• Transform complex technology concepts into clear, powerful customer narratives.
• Track and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize for maximum impact.
• Manage and organize content libraries to scale great ideas.

Requirements

• A passion for storytelling and a genuine curiosity about AI and how it’s transforming customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing — ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI-led industries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and SEO fundamentals.
