What you will do

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital outreach methods.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking all activities and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Guide accounts through sales process and conduct product demonstrations as needed to complete the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual meeting platforms.
