What you will do

• Consolidate incoming requests into a unified system, ensuring visibility and proper prioritization.
• Maintain transparency of task statuses, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, development, analytics, integrations, and external partners.
• Track progress, manage deadlines, and handle deviations.
• Structure and improve processes for handling diverse and dynamic task flows.
• Act as a central coordination point across all involved teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in outsourcing or similar environments.
• Strong ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Excellent prioritization and focus management skills.
• Ability to quickly switch context without losing control.
• Proactive mindset and ownership of processes.
• Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience working in outsourcing environments.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2).
