What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end contract process, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs, partnering with legal counsel.
• Lead government grant applications and compliance reporting (e.g., SR&ED, IRAP).
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Administer internal software infrastructure, device procurement, and access control policies.
• Support corporate compliance initiatives, including SOC2 and ISO certifications.
• Drive operational coordination between internal teams and clients to improve communication workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business operations.
• University degree in business administration, management, or commerce.
• Proven background in a startup, consulting firm, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong experience with contract negotiation and legal coordination.
• Demonstrated ability in financial management and business performance analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with government grant and funding initiatives.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2) and tools (Vanta, Scrut).
• Experience with financial tools like Ramp or Quickbooks.
