What you will do

• Manage end-to-end risk operations covering onboarding, monitoring, and reviews.
• Oversee KYC/KYB processes, specifically for high-risk merchant due diligence.
• Direct transaction monitoring and fraud prevention strategies in alignment with Visa/Mastercard requirements.
• Build and scale efficient operational workflows, including automation and tool implementation.
• Define and track critical KPIs and SLAs for risk operations teams.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Sales departments alongside external banking partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in risk, payments, or fintech environments.
• Solid understanding of fraud prevention, chargebacks, and card scheme requirements.
• Proven track record in building and scaling operational processes.
• Experience in leading and restructuring high-performance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance metrics and risk reporting.
• Must be based in Riga or willing to work in a hybrid model from the Riga office.

• Experience working with high-risk industries such as gambling, adult, crypto, or FX.
