What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related topics with distributors.
• Support product configurations and review technical aspects before handovers to Customer Service.
• Provide technical expertise, marketing material, and sales presentations during customer visits.
• Collect market and competitor data while tracking the project funnel and tender documentation.
• Propose process improvements to ensure compliance with ISO and corporate quality standards.
• Monitor and track training status and certification validity within distributor sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare, or Management.
• 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry (Sales, Engineering, or OR).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office.
• Ability to travel internationally approximately 30% annually.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic or Serbia.
