Digital Project Manager (SEO/PPC)

What you will do

• Execute SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and digital localization projects from initiation through delivery.
• Clarify project instructions, coordinate with Account Executives and Client Services, and advise clients on project execution.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists and coordinate with Quality Management, Desktop Publishing, and other departments.
• Assess keyword research and content optimization projects, perform quality checks, and issue quality scores.
• Track issues, delays, client complaints, and corrective actions while supporting continuous process improvement.
• Deliver projects on time, complete billing within 24 hours, and maintain accurate compliance and quality records.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Nice to have

• Prior translation industry experience.
• Fluency in a foreign language.
• Experience with Excel, SEMRush, and Google Ads.
