What you will do

• Manage SEO and PPC/Social Media Marketing projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and account executives.
• Negotiate project rates and timelines with external linguists to ensure profitability.
• Conduct quality checks, including keyword research and content optimization reviews.
• Monitor and resolve project delays or technical issues to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain billing accuracy and compliance with internal quality management standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Professionalism and effective communication in collaborative team environments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the translation or localization industry.
• Fluency in a foreign language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SEMRush or Google Ads.
