What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap to ensure platform scalability.
• Direct and mentor Engineering Managers and Team Leads to foster a high-performance culture.
• Establish global engineering standards, documentation practices, and performance KPIs.
• Optimize SDLC and Agile processes to eliminate bottlenecks across all teams.
• Balance new feature delivery with strategic reduction of technical debt.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in backend development with at least 5+ years in high-level leadership roles.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Extensive experience with high-load, distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud-native development, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical trade-offs and drive large-scale migrations.
