What you will do

• Identify process inefficiencies across art, development, marketing, and product departments.
• Design and implement agent-based systems including multi-agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Build automations and integrations between AI tools and business software like Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
• Automate or replace manual operational tasks to reduce costs and production time.
• Support an internal AI-as-a-service model, driving solutions from ideation to implementation.
• Ensure sustainable adoption and measurable business impact of deployed AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing AI/LLM/agent-based solutions in real-world business processes.
• Hands-on experience building complex pipelines and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency with modern LLM provider APIs, prompt engineering, and orchestration architectures.
• Experience with visual content generation pipelines and AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong process analysis skills with a focus on ROI and measurable business impact.
• Must provide a description of the most complex multi-agent pipeline built to date upon application.

Nice to have

• Background in gamedev or visual/art pipelines.
• Strong product thinking and understanding of business metrics.
